While building Queries in SCCM Query Builder, you will sooner or later run into an issue where it will only return 2000 items. This is a legacy setting that goes back to SMS 2.0 where the server/PC would literally run out of memory to return more than that. For 32bits ConfigMgr 2012 Consoles on 64bits go to the following registry key:
Otherwise go to the following registry key:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE \Microsoft\ConfigMgr10\AdminUI\QueryProcessors
Add a DWORD value for ValueLimit and set it to a, for you appropriate value. (eg. decimal value 10000)
After adding and changing the value and restarting the ConfigMgr Console you are able to see all values.
